B M CONSTROTECH PVT LTD-CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AT WALUJ

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview coordination onboarding across PAN India locations

Identify and implement innovative and cost-effective hiring channels including field hiring job portals social media recruitment employee referrals and local sourcing models

Build strong talent pipelines for requirements to support business expansion and operational continuity

Coordinate with project heads for manpower planning , staffing requirements and workforce deployment

Drive employee retention initiatives through engagement programs reward & recognition activities training interventions and employee connect initiatives

Manage background verification processes documentation validation onboarding compliance and joining formalities for all new hires

REQUIRED CANDIDATE

Graduate with fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.

Candidate preferred staying nearby Waluj Area
