Hiring-Billing Engineer-Civil-

Location : Goa / Karnataka/Maharashtra

Role & Responsibilities include:

1. Handling quantities / BOQ preparations, Cost Estimates, Handling Contractual Issues, Rate Analysis, Billing, Variation and Claims, Budget Control, Physical Checks, Ability to Compile all Technical and Commercial specifications.
2. Performing site condition variation by estimating the actual quantity required on basis of survey reports, BOQ
3. Identify any possible BOQ variations
4. Perform client billing by estimating the quantity & variations for BOQ items executed
5. Finalise the value of work done to make payment and make necessary deductions
6. Add any possible escalations to the final value to arrive at the total value for the work done
7. Ability to plan the activities at Project Site and push execution team for adherence
8. Ready to visit site and client place as and when required.
9. Candidate should able to draw in autocad

Required Candidate profile :

1. 3-5 Yrs Exp
2. Dip/Degree in Civil
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Well versed with Autocad, Primavera, MS Project, MS Office
5. Candidates should be willing to travel to Project Locations
6. Experience in Industrial Project is added advantage.
